Duties As the Technical Advisor of the IT support sector, you will be responsible for maintaining IT systems and tools, developing software solutions, and managing databases. You will also serve as an expert advisor to management and business lines regarding strategic directions related to IT, including the applications of artificial intelligence in the context of the Office of the Commissioner of Official Language’s mandate. KNOWLEDGE- Knowledge of the design and components of a network infrastructure.- Knowledge of the fundamental principles of project management.- Knowledge of vulnerabilities and threats to IT security.- Knowledge related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in a business context.
