Position Overview Advisor, Business Architecture at iA Financial Group (Industrial Alliance) – A key role in organizational transformation, guiding strategic directions and optimizing business processes within the insurance and individual savings sector. Description As a Business Architecture Advisor, you will influence strategic directions, identify improvement areas in processes and business solutions, and anticipate trends to guide the organization’s structural decisions. Responsibilities Define project scope, architecture, recommend the best solution, produce the delivery strategy and its increments, quantify costs and benefits, and mitigate risks, in collaboration with IT and partners. Act as a leader and representative of the business line in large‑scale projects, advising and influencing senior management decisions. Maintain and support the evolution of business architecture frameworks, producing models to aid decision‑making. Ensure consistency of business solutions with strategic objectives and contribute to process optimization by proposing evolution and simplification scenarios. Analyze impacts of sector roadmaps, anticipate business impacts, and propose action plans. Promote our business solutions to partners and distribution networks through advisory and communication actions. Conduct research on trends in the insurance and individual savings sector and act as a subject‑matter expert to support team development. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and a systemic vision, enabling anticipation of problems and issues. Strategic thinking and ability to support strategic planning. Great autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision while effectively utilizing latitude provided. High tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty, with experience in complex business environments. Excellent communication, synthesis, and simplification skills, both oral and visual, adaptable for varied audiences. Strong ability to build influence networks and create bridges between colleagues, fostering collaboration and consensus. Bachelor's degree in administration, MIS, computer science, or equivalent, with at least 15 years of experience in IT, including significant experience in business architecture and the insurance and individual savings sector. In‑depth knowledge of products, processes, systems, and distribution networks related to insurance and individual savings. Advanced English proficiency (daily communication with clients, presentation, and support of English‑language projects). Advanced French proficiency (daily communication with clients, presentation, and support of French‑language projects).
