Pacific Centre Family Services Association (PCFSA) is seeking experienced Chartered Professional Accountants (CPAs) who are interested in giving back through volunteer board service. Since 1968, PCFSA has been providing high-quality services to children, youth, adults, and families across the Capital Regional District. From our locations in Colwood, Langford, and Sooke, we offer a wide range of supports, including:

- Family violence intervention
- Youth and family counselling
- Parent‑teen mediation
- Outreach and email counselling
- Youth gang and sexual exploitation prevention
- Substance use and trauma counselling
- Primary health care for individuals facing barriers to access

We are looking for dedicated CPAs to serve as volunteer board members, offering their expertise to help guide and strengthen our organization. This is a valuable opportunity for professionals to:

- Apply their skills for social impact
- Support community development
- Gain enriching leadership experience

Key Details

Role: Non‑profit Board Member

Qualifications: Chartered Professional Accountant with relevant experience

Commitment: Volunteer-based, with opportunities for meaningful engagement and impact. Approximately 3 – 4 hours per month (meetings are often remote).

We believe that the involvement of skilled professionals can significantly enhance the effectiveness of community-based organizations.
