Muslim Hands, a dynamic charity organization, is seeking a dedicatedDonor Engagement Representativefor a temporary positionforRamadan2026. The primary responsibility is to engage with existing donors, providing them with updates on our ongoing campaigns, events, and impactful work.

- Contact elapsed donors via phone to update them on Muslim Hands Canada’s initiatives during the Ramadan period and ask for donations.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the organization’s campaigns, events, and projects.
- Rekindle relationships with lapsed donors by fostering a positive and engaging conversation.
- Provide information on how their contributions make a significant impact on the charity’s mission.
- Record and maintain accurate information in the database regarding donor interactions.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of donor data.
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines for effective communication and consistency.
- Provide feedback on donor responses and suggestions for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on outreach activities.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
- Empathy and understanding of the charitable sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in an office setting.
- Must have knowledge of common Islamic terminology such as Sadaqah, Zakat, Sadaqah Jariyah, Ramadan, Eid AI-Fitr.
- Full training will be provided. However, Ramadan is our busiest period of the year, therefore you will be working 7 days a week (12 PM – 8 PM) (Timings will be confirmed) .
