We are looking for a Business Solution Consultant - Business Process Integration to join our Digital Solutions team in Mississauga, ON

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Solution Consultant - Business Process Integration to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customized connectivity solutions for internal partners and external companies via EDI and similar technologies. You will be responsible for supplemental tasks in the daily operation e.g. operational support (2nd/3rd level), issue resolving, quality assurance and business interaction.

- Consulting and supporting partners in complex processes and IT application questions.
- Providing technical understanding of standard connectivity message structures and programming protocols (supporting e.g. iDocs, XML, EDIFACT, VDA, JSON, etc.).
- Working and navigating in SAP middleware platforms.
- Showing transactional experience in SAP R3 and/or S4/HANA (Business Functions in scope: Ordering/Market-to-Order, Procurement, Transport and Logistics, Finance and other related ERP processes with special focus on the NA business).
- Implementing B2B integration with external partners.
- Supporting strategic planning and realization.
- Coordinating prototyping, configuration, and testing of solutions based on BASF requirements.
- Being responsible for supplemental tasks in the daily operation e.g. operational support (2nd/3rd level), issue resolving, quality assurance and business interaction.

If you have...

- A bachelor's degree required in Business IT, Business Economics or other IT relevant fields.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Systems Connectivity (B2B), middleware configuration (SAP PO, CPI), SAP (R3 and/or S4/HANA,) required.
- Experience in API and Generative AI is preferred.
- Knowledge in ABAP and others is a plus.
- Knowledge of process and industry requirements specific to OTC, Logistics and related processes incl. regulatory requirements are preferred.
