DescriptionThe Program Coordinator (PC) provides support and coordination to the daily operational activities of a program. They assist individuals in care with activities of daily living, adhering to their individual person-centered plans.
The PC will also provide decision support to the team and liaise with clinical professionals in the absence of the Program Manager.
They will respect and uphold the Values, Vision, and Mission of Karis Disability Services, demonstrating high standards of courtesy and respect in dealings with other employees, service users, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Assist individuals in care with activities of daily living
