• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize, track, and document customer interactions.
• Process order entries with precision to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while resolving customer concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
