About the Role

About the Role Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service & Warehouse Technician is responsible for performing all service work on our filtered water systems, including bottle-less water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. The role also manages warehouse operations including receiving, handling, storing, and packing activities while ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Routinely changing water filters, cleaning, and sanitizing water tanks, changing UV bulbs, and clearing water lines.
- Conduct accurate monthly and quarterly warehouse inventories over multiple product lines and serialized equipment/appliances.
- Troubleshooting product for required repairs.
- Performs equipment refurbishing, preparation for deployment and decommission activities while adhering to company procedures.
- Completing assigned installation and service routes in an efficient manner.
- Warehouse SKU organizations practices including volume/movement evaluations implementation to maximize warehouse inventory turn.
- Requesting parts, equipment and supplies to replenish low stock levels.
- Following company inventory and tracking procedures.
- Promoting and practicing proper safety procedures and correct use of company tools.
- Following company and customer safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and complying with company vehicle maintenance policy and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

- Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school, or GED required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and with acceptable driving record.
- Experience working as a field technician considered as an asset.
- Forklift Certification considered as an asset.

Additional Information

- Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country of posting.
- Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check.

Salary: $21 - $24 an hour
