We provide a diverse range of roles across many locations and a career where you can make a meaningful impact.THE ROLEThe Information Asset Management (IAM) Analyst supports digital transformation and innovation at CFMWS by ensuring that organizational information assets, particularly within Microsoft 365 and RIMS (the information asset technology suite based on SharePoint) are managed in compliance with information lifecycle management policies, metadata standards, and governance frameworks. This strategic role combines data analysis, business process improvement, and digital adoption to modernize user experiences and enhance the stewardship of information assets. The IAM Analyst will analyze data, assess compliance, and support the implementation of digital strategies that improve operational efficiency and organizational performance.QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses College diploma or certificate in Data Science, Business Analysis or a related field AND several years of experience in data analysis, database design or a related field Experience In Transact Structured Query Language (T-SQL) In developing data cubes for analysis In using tools and code to support analytical projects In data modeling and programming In data visualization and in designing and creating dashboards and Business Intelligence (BI) models In applying policies, procedures, and regulations In conducting deep-dive analyses In working with datasets Competencies, Skills and Abilities Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
