Territory Manager position entails providing information about the products and services of the company to customers to increase sales and to develop or maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers across the Northern Island Territory.

The Territory Manager works closely with the Branch Manager to develop sales programs and strategies to attain annual budget targets.

Position Outline:

- “Service First”. It’s our company slogan and you are driven to support customers with exceptional solutions. You’ll recognize that our customers’ livelihoods depend on the service they receive from our team.
- Relationship Builder. You’re going to get to know your customers, their equipment, and their business. You’ll build rapport and trust and you’ll be able to provide information and solutions to keep your customers up and running. You don’t take “no” personally, but rather use it as an opportunity to maintain the relationship until “yes” is the answer.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit. You will develop a strong understanding of our equipment lineup and become familiar with your customer’s needs, managing their expectations while holding true to our values. With this knowledge and experience you will develop skills for providing customer solutions. You’ll be successful with leveraging customer insights to identify business opportunities and strategies, and you are not afraid to prospect with cold call for new accounts on a regular basis.
- Ambassador. You’re going to represent our company, leading by example and personifying our corporate values. You will leave customers and suppliers with a positive impression and the desire to do business with us again. You are a self-starter and you are available to your customer when they need you.
- Vigilance. Report customer satisfaction, trends and other useful information to parts and service supervisors. Develop rapport with customers and be the eyes and ears of the branch; take opportunities to make a difference.
- Tech savvy. You will be comfortable with learning new software and you’ll also have the ability to communicate with technicians and customers regarding equipment.
- Diligence. We have adopted best practices when developing our systems and procedures and you’ll become a champion for consistently staying in the lines. This is a detail-oriented position and you have already developed personal systems for organizing your work, ensuring your follow-up, and you are a stickler for accuracy.

Experience Required:

- Minimum 2-3 years of outside sales and/or equipment experience
- Proven historical sales and revenue generating success
- Ability to prepare and deliver efficient customized sales proposals and presentations to professionals at all levels
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills both in one-on-one and group settings
- Proficient with computer technology
- Post secondary education or equivalent work experience
