Grow sales and retain existing customers by merchandizing solutions & providing service excellence. Gain iconic new sales through new products & customers. Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high quality surveys. Complete Value Visit surveyshebbers required visit frequencies (semi-annual, annual, or quarterly) and provide feedback & coaching to support store needs. Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations. Complete the Serv‑Safe training and become certified. Develop and enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule. Brennan Position Details Field‑based position requiring travel to the following locations and surrounding areas: Vancouver Island, Powell River, Port Hardy and surrounding areas. Applicants must live in the territory anywhere between Victoria and Nanaimo or close surrounding areas. Overnight travel – none. Weekend rotation – rotating weekend coverage based on customer needs (once every 13 weeks). Annual or Hourly Compensation Range This position has a base salary and is eligible for incentive compensationProjeto based on performance, per plan terms. Total expected compensation is in the range of $58,700–$73,900.
