We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients in the distribution sector, a Logistics and Export Coordinator. The position is located near Pie-IX metro station. Your Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all standards, procedures, and regulations related to export and cross-border shipments. Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners. Coordinate export shipments from Montréal to the United States and provide all required documentation. Prepare all documents needed for U.S. customs clearance (commercial invoices, packing lists, transport documents, HTS codes, certificates, etc.). Update and maintain the HTS code database. Conduct regular internal audits (Form 7501). Monitor regulatory changes and adapt processes when necessary. Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking of goods. Identify and resolve issues related to shipments. Verify data accuracy in the systems before generating commercial documents.Profile Sought Organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented. Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented, versatile, and rigorous. Requirements Degree in transportation, logistics, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of U.S. import regulations. Minimum of 5 years' experience in export operations. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). Knowledge of import processes (an asset). Experience with order management systems. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
