Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a permanent full time Export Logistics Agent to join its vibrant team. As a professional team member of Ray-Mont Logistics the main responsibilities of the ELA consists of the following:
**General Tasks**
- Assist and help their own and other departmental co-workers.
- Keep and maintain their workstation neat.
- Share and communicates information that relates to the overall mission of the company.
- Offer their time and demonstrate good time management overall.
- Promote and preserve the reputation of the company externally.

**Specific Tasks**
- Manage customer needs & inquiries in a timely & efficient manner
- Review orders daily to ensure the cargo will be loaded or has been loaded as per customer requirements and make adjustments when necessary
- Ensure all cargo inbound to terminals has proper Terminal Authorization prior to arrival
- Create accurate and detailed transloading instructions the terminals to follow
- Maintain harmonious working relationship with Ocean Carriers and terminals
- Produce all necessary reports, both internally & externally as required
- Perform all follow-ups with the designated Export Traffic Coordinator on the necessary documentation requested by the customer and ensure timelines are met
- Maintain an accurate account & understanding of the customers contractual requirements for their orders, and escalate to the appropriate parties when assistance is needed
- Working cohesively with the Commercial Group on a day-to-day basis

**Qualifications**
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Shipping Industry
- Highschool Diploma or higher
- Customer service experience (must)
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Good working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
- Attention to detail and an attitude for a fast paced, multi-tasking and customer service minded environment are all required skills.

Ray-Mont Logistics est actuellement à la recherche d'un agent de logistique d'exportation permanent à temps plein pour se joindre à son équipe dynamique. En tant que membre de l'équipe professionnelle de Ray-Mont Logistics, les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:
**Tâches générales**
- Assister et aider ses collègues de travail et ceux des autres départements.
- Garder et maintenir son poste de travail en ordre.

**Tâches spécifiques**
- Gérer les besoins et les demandes des clients de manière rapide et efficace.
- Examiner quotidiennement les commandes pour s'assurer que la cargaison sera chargée ou a été chargée conformément aux exigences du client et faire des ajustements si nécessaire.
- S'assurer que toutes les cargaisons à destination des terminaux ont reçu l'autorisation appropriée avant leur arrivée.
- Créer des instructions de transbordement précises et détaillées que les terminaux doivent suivre.
- Maintenir une relation de travail harmonieuse avec les transporteurs maritimes et les terminaux.
- Produire tous les rapports nécessaires, tant en interne qu'en externe, selon les besoins.
- Effectuer tous les suivis avec le coordinateur désigné du trafic d'exportation sur la documentation nécessaire demandée par le client et s'assurer que les délais sont respectés.
- Maintenir un compte-rendu précis et une bonne compréhension des exigences contractuelles des clients pour leurs commandes, et faire remonter l'information aux parties appropriées lorsqu'une assistance est nécessaire.
