Responsibilities
- Own the full order processing cycle – Manage every step of the order journey, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from start to finish.
- Coordinate deliveries, moves, and pickups – Work closely with customers, logistics, and service teams to schedule, process, and invoice transactions on time.
- Manage contracts and recurring billing – Set up new customer contracts, review details for accuracy, and assist with corrections as needed.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues – Partner with internal departments to find fast, effective solutions and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Business Diploma/Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position; sales related industry preferred
- SAP experience an asset
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize work assignments
- Organized and self‑motivated with the ability to multi‑task
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner
- MS Office experience including MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work in multiple platforms simultaneously
