Emcon Services Inc. is a proud Canadian-based company with over 30 years of success as an interprovincial Road and Bridge Maintenance Contractor. We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Fleet Administrator located in the Corporate office, Merritt BC.

Primary Responsibilities
- Administrative processing of all equipment
- Equipment transfers, registering, and claim documentation & processing
- Insurance, plating, permits, leases, fuel card processing, equipment reporting from Explorer system
- Coordinating equipment inspections and meeting minutes
- Truck build support and data entry for tracking systems
- Confidential filing and other general office/clerical duties (typing, data entry, etc.)
Qualifications
- Full‑time, year‑round position, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Satisfactory drug pre‑screening and driver’s abstract required
- Strong administrative skills, excellent verbal and written communication, well organized
- Solid computer experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and Explorer system
- Above average attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
