What you’ll do

- Run workshops to identify and document current business processes that leverage SAP ECC across Supply Chain, HCM, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities.

- Develop strategies & templates to map processes consistently at the right level of detail for migration assessment.

- Document current-state processes including roles/responsibilities and role headcount.

- Analyze processes to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.

- Partner with business & 3rd-party vendors to help document future-state processes where required.

- Create test plans & test cases for UAT in SAP S/4HANA.

Required experience

- Proven BA experience on SAP ECC programs, with exposure to S/4HANA initiatives.

- Strong facilitation and documentation skills (workshops, process maps, RACI/roles).

- Hands-on in writing UAT plans/test cases and driving user testing.

- Excellent stakeholder communication across business and IT.

Nice to have

- Background in ECC-S/4 migration assessments.

- Familiarity with tools like Visio/ARIS, Azure DevOps/Jira, Solution Manager/ChaRM.

- Public sector or healthcare experience.
