**What you’ll do**
**Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Engagement**
**Location: Ottawa**
**Expected start date: March 2025**
**Duration: 4 months**
Event and Campaign Support
- Support the Global Customer Engagement team with events and campaigns
Project management and Team support
- Manage assignments and ad hoc tasks
- Support with reporting, KPI analysis and collection
Business Support & Customer communications
- Contribute to customer enablement materials, trainings and events
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
