**About The Project**:
The resource will be required to work on and support various cross-functional SAP workflow initiatives, such as the Procure-to-Pay process, the Item Review Framework approach and others activities as they come up.

**About The Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, test, and document workflow/portal solutions for any new departments and company codes;
- Enhance workflow/portal solutions as a result of department’s restructuring;
- Prepare SAP workflow/portal supporting technical documentation for all projects and enhancements in support of the SAP Workflow tool including: Design and business process documentation, Configuration documentation, Unit and Integration testing documentation, and Cutover documentation
- Provide specifications to the ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) team for any changes required to ABAP programs related to the workflows and the portal;
- Work on and assist the CSMD teams in the configuration of SAP to implement and enhance the numerous workflows/portal functionality for various projects;
- Assist in solving production issues related to workflow solutions;
- Participate in integration testing related to workflow solutions;
- Provide detailed SAP workflow/portal training and guidance to the CSMD team and users as required, for project related workflows;
- Provide SAP workflow/portal training supporting documentation;
- Provide advice and guidance to the CSMD teams on the “As is” and “To be” SAP business workflows and mapping;
- Provide advice and guidance to the CSMD teams with respect to aligning the workflows with the Financial Signing Authority (FSA) solution, Item Review Framework (IRF) solution, Procure-to-pay process (P2P), etc.;
- Provide advice and guidance in defining the best testing approach and related test scripts;
- Provide ongoing knowledge transfer to the various CSMD teams that utilize the workflow and portal solutions;
- Provide ongoing knowledge transfer to the CSMD teams regarding Object Orientation, Web Dynpros and Netweaver;
- Provide expert workflow/portal and Fiori advice in the development of a plan to migrate to SAP S4/HANA ;
- Provide other assistance or support as required.

**About The Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience as an ERP Functional Analyst performing the configuration and maintenance of an SAP module for the Federal Government of Canada.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Workflow Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in working with SAP ABAP.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience with the Business Objects Repository and ABAP classes and their integration with Workflow.
- Experience in SAP Workflow integration projects with the Portal UWL.
- Experience in the implementation of a Federal Government of Canada Procurement to the Payment Automations within SAP.
- Must be bilingual in English and in French.
