Role Summary

We are a Canadian-owned and operated B2B Company based in Oakville, ON in business for over 35 years. We operate in the Industrial Electrical industry with a focus on sales through distribution in Canada.

In this entry-level position, the successful candidate will support the team as a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator by managing product data in our PIM system, handling product images, and contributing light social content. You’ll also review website analytics and use Adobe tools for basic graphic and layout work.

Key Responsibilities

- Update and maintain product information in our PIM system (Catsy).

- Photograph products and manage image uploads into the PIM and other platforms.

- Create and schedule LinkedIn posts when needed.

- Review website analytics and prepare clear, concise performance summaries.

- Use Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator for image edits, basic layouts, and light production tasks.

- Coordinate with team members to keep product data, images, and content aligned.

- Coordinate with advertising partners to create and keep current digital advertising.

Skills & Qualifications

- Experienced with Microsoft Excel.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn posting and simple content creation.

- Comfort reviewing website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

- Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is a bonus.

- Strong attention to detail and clear communication.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Education & Experience

- Completed degree or diploma with a focus on Marketing

Bonus Skills

- Basic product photography skills.

- Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

- Experience creating digital assets or simple marketing graphics.

Salary Range

- $45,000 to $50,000
