***Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM (hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

***What you will do**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Create marketing material and sales promotional campaigns
- Design new product pages for the company web
- (HTML and/or Word Press knowledge a plus)
- Maintain all internet advertisements on company website
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites, Illustrator, PhotoShop and InDesign
- Design logos & packaging.
- Design tradeshow signage and advertising to reflect the desired marketing messages, including banners and structures
- Collaborate on design of Exertis ProAV Canada’s annual resource guide
- Assist product management with presentation aesthetic and polish
- Generate social media marketing campaigns for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
- Create digital marketing collateral, including product sheets, brochures, and flyers
- Organize all working documents and finished marketing materials for internal records
- Design templates and content for lead generation and outbound marketing
- Source and manage stock photography and images as needed
- Work with outside resources (printers, conference organizers, etc) to have materials created to your specification
- Project management of all marketing activities and initiatives.
- Organize Sales Trainings and Reseller Webinars.
- Manage the collection and entering of proof of performance information for vendor activities.
- Develop special presentations for vendors and customers.
- Coordinate mailing lists and establish contacts for activities.
- Organize Virtual Events - pre-event, execution and sales follow up.
- Coordinate Technology Showroom for customer visits and/or virtual demos.
- Assist with local live events such as sales meetings and vendor summits.

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree or diploma in marketing, design, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
- A strong design aesthetic - able to produce new and creative designs that raise the bar for the company, outperforming competitors in terms of brand experience
- Maintain a fresh design perspective through review of marketing materials of respected brands and innovators
- Staying engaged in design trends for web, print and social media
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple deadlines, delivering projects on time
- Able to work in a team as well as independently on projects
- Able to incorporate/evaluate constructive criticism from others
- Must be willing to travel.
