I’m partnered with a fast-growing, privately owned residential land developer that’s rapidly expanding across the Carolinas. They have a small, dynamic team in place where every contribution directly impacts the company’s success.

We are looking for a Land Acquisition Manager for the Charlotte market to help source and close well-located land deals, ideally someone local who’s put property under contract, has a strong broker/developer network, and thrives in a high-growth environment where sellers prefer to get things done quickly.

You’ll be working closely with the CEO and Head of Land, gaining hands-on experience in a high-impact role.
