Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a
Talent Acquisition Lead
, based in
Moncton, NB
, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with ongoing engagement with employer partners, supporting both talent outcomes and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and interviewing candidates, strengthening employer branding efforts, and developing effective and inclusive hiring strategies. The Talent Acquisition Lead will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience.

In addition, the role involves building and nurturing relationships with employer clients, staying attuned to local labor market needs, and proactively identifying opportunities to support new and existing employer partners. This is a collaborative, relationship-driven role focused on understanding client needs and delivering practical recruitment solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Bilingual
    in English and French (written and verbal) is required
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and supporting onboarding processes
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to align talent with employer and client needs
  • Experience in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing role, with confidence engaging professionally with employers, candidates, and partners
  • Understanding of employer branding and the ability to represent organizational values and culture in external interactions
  • Familiarity with recruitment strategies and tools to build and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, relationship-focused approach
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
  • Prior experience in a talent acquisition, HR, or client-facing professional role is an asset
