Service New Brunswick is seeking an individual to join the People and Culture branch as a Talent Acquisition Consultant working in New Brunswick.
- Working with hiring managers to draft engaging job advertisments
- Finding creative outlets to promote employment opportunities
- Create and coordinate a variety of testing and assessment activities
- Scheduling interviews and preparing documents for the interview board
- Chairing interview boards and guiding clients through the selection process
- Preparing offer letter packages
- Participating in events to promote SNB as an employer of choice (i.e. presentations in schools, job/career fairs)
- Managing the day-to-day Talent Acquisition communications and marketing needs (social media posts, job ad sharing, link to corporate comms contacts and resources)
- Other innovative and exciting projects as assigned
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**: University degree in a related field with a minimum of two years of related work experience with a minimum of one year being in recruitment. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
**Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.**
- Coursework in human resources, a recognized Human Resources designation; diploma or certificate.
- Experience working in a public sector environment
- Experience conducting and leading interviews
- Demonstrated knowledge of Behavioural Event Interviewing techniques

**Salary**:$48,672 - $68,042 annually - Pay Band 3 - Management and Non-Union Pay Plan
