The Opportunity

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead performance marketing initiatives within your local market. You will serve as a key driver of growth, translating complex data into actionable insights, optimizing cross-channel campaigns, and adapting global strategies to local nuances. This role blends analytical precision with creative strategy, offering significant ownership and impact from day one.

What You/'ll Do

Strategy & Execution

- Develop and execute a holistic performance marketing strategy tailored to your country.

- Own the media mix and manage channel budgets across Meta, Google, Email, Affiliates, Influencers, Print, CRM, and SEO.

- Adapt global marketing strategies for local execution, ensuring cultural and market fit.

Growth & Optimization

- Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance; deliver post-campaign reports and opportunity analyses.

- Maintain a minimum ROAS of 4-5x or as defined with the Country Manager.

- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to enhance targeting, creative impact, and messaging efficacy.

- Continuously test and scale new channels such as influencer marketing and strategic partnerships.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead initiatives independently and collaborate across global and local teams.

- Align with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to drive seamless campaign execution.

- Manage agency and freelancer relationships, ensuring quality deliverables on time.

Data & Reporting

- Maintain high data integrity in dashboards and tools like KLAR.

- Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, ROAS, and CAC; provide frequent performance updates.

- Forecast sales in collaboration with the Country Manager, using historical data and market trends.

Market Insights & Adaptation

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify local market trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Localize creative strategies for optimal audience engagement.

- Track competitor ads and analyze share of voice, creative benchmarks, and pricing trends.

Who You Are

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within e-commerce or high-growth settings.

- Proven ability to manage large budgets and drive profitability.

- Strong analytical and strategic mindset; capable of building well-reasoned hypotheses.

- Excellent project management skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

- Experienced in contract negotiation and partnership development.

- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

Bonus Qualifications

- Prior experience working with tools like Google Analytics, BI dashboards, Figma, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Jira, and Confluence.

- Experience in scaling influencer or affiliate marketing channels.

- Campaigns are launched reliably, on time, and error-free.

- Channels are scaled successfully to meet ROAS and contribution margin targets.

- Frequent, actionable performance reports are delivered to leadership.
