Levitt-Safety is seeking a Service Supervisor to join our Oakville Service operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who believes safe work is the foundation of operational excellence and who takes pride in developing strong teams and delivering reliable service to customers.

You will oversee daily service operations while actively supporting technicians in the field - setting clear expectations, reinforcing safety standards, and ensuring high‑quality service execution.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach, and support service technicians with a strong focus on safety, accountability, and performance
- Ensure safe, compliant service delivery across all our safety service lines (Fire & Life Safety, VFSS, Respiratory, Fall Protection and associated offerings)
- Promote and enforce safe work practices in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations
- Drive accident‑free operations through active safety leadership, field presence, and safety meetings
- Work closely with the service admin team to coordinate daily service activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and priorities
- Provide hands‑on field support as required to meet service demands
- Support onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing development
- Build strong customer relationships and act as an escalation point for service issues
- Partner with Sales and internal teams to support customer retention and service growth
- Maintain accurate service, safety, and compliance documentation

What You Bring

- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in fire & life safety, industrial services, or a related field
- Strong understanding of field‑based service operations and safety requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Comfort with service management systems and documentation tools
