Job DescriptionPosted Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 5:00 AMLevitt-Safety is seeking a Service Supervisor to join our Oakville Service operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who believes safe work is the foundation of operational excellence and who takes pride in developing strong teams and delivering reliable service to customers.You will oversee daily service operations while actively supporting technicians in the field - setting clear expectations, reinforcing safety standards, and ensuring high‑quality service execution.What You’ll DoLead, coach, and support service technicians with a strong focus on safety, accountability, and performanceEnsure safe, compliant service delivery across all our safety service lines (Fire & Life Safety, VFSS, Respiratory, Fall Protection and associated offerings)Promote and enforce safe work practices in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulationsDrive accident‑free operations through active safety leadership, field presence, and safety meetingsWork closely with the service admin team to coordinate daily service activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and prioritiesProvide hands‑on field support as required to meet service demandsSupport onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing developmentBuild strong customer relationships and act as an escalation point for service issuesPartner with Sales and internal teams to support customer retention and service growthMaintain accurate service, safety, and compliance documentationWhat You BringMinimum 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in fire & life safety, industrial services, or a related fieldStrong understanding of field‑based service operations and safety requirementsProven ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced environmentStrong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skillsComfort with service management systems and documentation toolsWhy Levitt‑SafetyAt Levitt‑Safety, safety is not just what we do, it’s who we are.
