Are you looking for a flexible employer that will give you the opportunity to grow within the company?This job is for youWe’re looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join our teamThe Sales Representative is responsible for implementing sales and service strategies for our by-products collection service for restaurants, grocery stores, and industrial accounts for the territory covering Toronto, Scarbourg and Kingston .This position requires frequent travel to customer offices and facilities, with approximately 80% of your time dedicated to travel.Why Sanimax: Competitive salary with commission based on target achievementPermanent, full-time positionComplete group insurance program (dental, medical, life insurance, disability insurance, etc.)TelemedicinePension plan with employer contributionsGym and fitness activity reimbursementContinuing educationPossibility for advancementIn this role, you will: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customers database.Adapt a consultative approach to add additional service to suit customer needsMaintain steady growth through identification of new prospectsCollaborate with the key accounts management team on specific nationwide partnerships that have already been establishedEstablish and improve customer relationships with restaurant and grocery store ownersReview our current offer with customers present in your territory to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and improve renewal on an on-going basisManage the volume of business for your assigned territoryCreate innovative customer service initiatives to increase customer satisfactionFollow up with customers and our customer service team via phone, email, and other channels to provide supportTravel to meet customer facilities to enhance understanding of their business needsSkills and Experience:University/College diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in sales, new business development, and market growthSales experience in the food industry, restaurant and grocery store (an asset)Proven track record in business development and successful innovationBeing able to adapt rapidly and willingness to succeedValid Ontario driver’s licenseExcellent customer service skillsExcellent time management & organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsResourceful and capable of working independently while thinking creativelyGive meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation championFollow us on LinkedInThank you for your interest in joining our team.
