About This Opportunity:

The Application Administrator plays a significant role in managing and optimizing Docebo’s corporate technology environment. This role focuses on maintaining, improving, and ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT systems, with an emphasis on security, automation, and user experience. As a core member of the IT department, you will work closely with other IT professionals, the security team, and office management to support, enhance, and strategically develop the organization’s technological infrastructure. The role will also contribute to the team by assisting in the mentorship of junior team members.

Responsibilities:

- Administer and Maintain IT Systems: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of core IT systems, including identity and access management (IAM) through Okta, mobile device management (MDM) via Mosyle and Intune, and Google Workspace.

- Implement and Manage Automation Workflows: Lead the implementation and ongoing management of automation workflows, particularly using Okta workflows, to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.

- Monitor System Health and Performance: Implement and manage monitoring tools and processes to track system performance, availability, and security, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.

- Manage IT Assets: Act as a key owner of the corporate IT asset management inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management of hardware and software assets.

- Support and Collaborate with Teams: Provide technical support and act as an escalation point for the Service Desk team. Collaborate closely with the IT, security, and office management teams to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.

- Service Desk Management: Manage and resolve IT issues, including ticket queue management, user support, and network maintenance, while ensuring clear documentation.

- Incident Response: Serve as an incident coordinator during IT-related incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution to minimize downtime and disruption.

- Document and Share Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and workflows to support knowledge sharing and future growth.

- Contribute to Security Initiatives: Work alongside the security team to review systems and applications, identify vulnerabilities, recommend improvements, and implement security measures.

Requirements:

- Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience.

- Experience in IT administration, with a focus on cloud-based services, IAM, MDM, and automation workflows.

- O365 and/or Google Workspace Administrator experience.

- IAM Administrator Experience (eg. Okta, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory).

- Ticketing System Administration (eg. Atlassian, ServiceNow, FreshService).

- MDM/UEM Administrator Experience (eg. JumpCloud, Miradore, NinjaOne).

- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
