RESPONSIBILITIES
- Under minimal supervision, responsible for technical administration of corporate applications
- Provide technical support for solutions, as per addendum
- Conduct research and assist Manager with recommendations for system improvements through the proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of solutions, as per addendum
- Create and maintain thorough documentation related to administrative configurations, procedures and modifications of applicable corporate applications
- Assist the Application Development team by performing applications testing and application deployments
- Manage installations, patching and monitoring of development, testing and production application environments
- Manage incident queue for business solutions team to ensure that all tickets are promptly assigned to appropriate team members and are resolved in a timely manner
- Provide Content Management support for the internal and external corporate websites
- Publish website analytics to key company stakeholders
- Ensure corporate data is secured in accordance with IT security policies
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience administering corporate software applications
- Ability to provide user training
- Solid knowledge of the following:
- Application administration concepts and procedures
- Application security best practices
- Active Directory security management
- Microsoft Windows Server Operating System
- Internet/Cloud technology concepts
- Microsoft Office
- Considered strong assets:
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework
- Experience with Adobe technologies (i.e. Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Campaign)
- Experience with application upgrades and migrations
- Experience administering cloud service providers (i.e. Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, ASP.Net, C# development experience
- Experience with single sign-on integrations, Microsoft SQL Server databases, SharePoint, G Suite, and Salesforce
This position also requires solid knowledge of the following related to Customer Facing/Digital Technologies:
- System administration experience including configuration, security, procedures and best practices
- Website administration
- Mobile applications administration
- E-mail marketing campaign administration
- Experience with targeting and customer segmentation for customer facing/digital campaigns
- Configuring and maintaining automated data feeds from and to external systems using APIs
