Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Progressive Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end logistics of our products and services, ensuring timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and seamless coordination between various teams. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our logistics and supply chain operations to support our business goals and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Logistics Management: Plan and coordinate the storage and transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries and inventory management.

- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to optimize cost and delivery performance.

- Shipping & Distribution: Oversee the process of shipping products, ensuring compliance with all shipping regulations and managing all logistics documentation.

- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that there is no overstock or shortage, and perform regular audits.

- Communication & Reporting: Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams (such as sales, warehouse, and customer service) and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.

- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any logistical challenges, delays, or disruptions in a timely and effective manner.

- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and suggest improvements to optimize logistics operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a related field.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.

- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and resolve them effectively.

- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.

- Proven track record of managing shipping and inventory processes with a focus on efficiency and cost management.

- Experience working with third-party logistics providers and managing vendor relationships.

- Prior experience in working with logistics software and understanding of supply chain dynamics.

Working Hours

This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available during core business hours but will have the flexibility to adjust their schedule as needed to meet operational requirements.
