Position: Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Saint-LaurentSalary: $50k-58k (based on experience) + comprehensive benefitsOur client, an international leader in transportation and logistics, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. Role Overview:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and answering service-related questions.- Enter shipment information into the system and prepare the details required to launch transport requests.- Coordinate pick-ups and delivery times by communicating with carriers and internal teams.- Monitor shipments throughout their journey and report any deviations from the expected timeline.- Handle electronic orders and ensure incoming data is processed correctly.- Support the logistics team with administrative follow-up, documentation, and status reporting.- Investigate service issues such as damaged freight, missing pieces, or billing discrepancies and work toward quick resolutions.- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with customers to ensure they feel informed and supported.Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, customer service or related fields.- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office.To apply, please send your resume to Hannah Tiongson at hannah.tiongson@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000 For more details, click here.
