A Performance Coach Manager in one of our Clubs is an important position responsible for building a strong Personal Training team. We are looking for an experienced fitness and sales professional who is people-oriented, self-motivated, and aligned with our values.

Responsibilities

- Manage the Personal Training department and continuously improve the Personal Training Program by coordinating, supervising and managing daily operations.
- Oversee training methods and ensure training plans reflect each member’s personal goals and health concerns.
- Be highly organized and drive monthly Personal Training P&L management, developing strategies and business plans with management to meet sales goals.
- Monitor key performance metrics daily to ensure the team achieves or exceeds Personal Training sales and session delivery objectives.
- Provide managerial oversight to a team of Performance Coaches, promoting a positive work environment and opportunities for advancement.
- Communicate effectively about nutrition plans and contribute to member experience through leadership and coaching.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in personal training sales, meeting targets, and people management.
- 5+ years of personal training experience is preferred.
- A University degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or Physical Education is an asset.
