What is the opportunity?

Member of the Advisor and Leader Enablement team, the Senior Facilitator Onboarding is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the Life, Health, Wealth (LHW) Advisor onboarding program for Field Sales. Ensuring Client First strategy is executed with all initiatives within the onboarding program. Support “advice based selling” as the driver behind delivering the client first strategy ensuring alignment with the Proactive Advice Culture (PAC), Client Advice Experience (CAE), and Fair Treatment of Consumers (FTC).

What will you do?

- Ensure all CE accredited content is delivered accurately to meet provincial regulatory guidelines.
- Thorough understanding of the LHW Onboarding program in its entirety (in-field activities, leader activities, self-study material)
- Set clear expectations of new advisors and leaders
- Coordinate schedules by sending invites to confirmed cohort members.
- Collaboration and partnership with Regional Vice Presidents (RVP), Regional Directors (RD), and Insurance Regional Operating Officers (IROO) to ensure observations, progress and completion of onboarding content is shared.
- Maintain collaboration and partnership with National Senior Sales Consultant Onboarding and participation in phase 2 Onboarding Program
- Demonstrate personal commitment to ensure skills/knowledge/accreditations are up-to-date and meet position requirements including active LLQP.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

- Advanced knowledge of the Life, Health and Wealth Industry while maintaining CE credits for active LLQP license
- Knowledge of the RBC Insurance Platform
- 3+ years professional experience in the insurance industry
- Active LLQP license

Nice-to-have

- Bilingual (English and French)

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$67,000.00 - $110,000.00

The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location.
