**The Position**:
As an
**Ambassador and B2B Learning Facilitator**, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding our B2B partners to maximize the potential of our program. Your role will involve motivating audiences during live monthly sessions, facilitating one-on-one onboarding for B2B Ambassadors, and organizing quarterly webinars and in-person events. Additionally, you will work closely with B2B Account Executives to identify challenges within client organizations, turning these challenges into opportunities by collaborating on tailored solutions for their customers. Your proficiency in leveraging a Learning Management System (LMS) will be instrumental in driving engagement and participation within our learning ecosystem.
**What you’re responsible for**:
- Conduct live monthly sessions to engage and motivate the audience, fostering enthusiasm and deepening their understanding of our program's value proposition.
- Provide comprehensive one-on-one onboarding support to B2B Ambassadors, ensuring their seamless integration into our ecosystem and maximizing their impact.
- Organize quarterly webinars and in-person events, creating opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among our B2B partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with B2B Account Executives to understand and address challenges faced by their client organizations, strategizing effective solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Utilize your expertise in developing and managing a Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance user engagement, drive retention, and optimize participation within the learning community.
***To be successful**:
- Proven experience in motivating and engaging diverse audiences during live sessions, webinars, and in-person events, with a focus on driving mind share and fostering a deep understanding of the program's value proposition
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate effective one-on-one onboarding sessions and foster strong relationships with B2B Ambassadors
- Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating with B2B Account Executives to identify and leverage challenges into strategic opportunities for business growth and development
- Prior experience in the development and management of a Learning Management System (LMS), with a track record of driving user engagement, retention, and participation within the learning ecosystem
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality results within designated timelines
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving organizational goals
