Position Overview: The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and managing the sales funnel for Asset Management services, targeting existing and new clients. This role involves introducing the value proposition, coordinating subject matter experts (SMEs), conducting proof-of-concept trials, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle-from initial engagement to contract negotiation. This position supports strategic growth initiatives and service adoption, aligning with operational goals and client success. This position is open to applicants across Canada; however, preference will be given to those located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or other major Canadian cities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Funnel Activation Initiate outreach to targeted existing clients. Build awareness and interest in Asset Management services through strategic messaging. Value Proposition Delivery Present compelling service benefits such as cost optimization, risk reduction, and operational efficiency. SME Coordination Collaborate with internal SMEs to support technical discussions and solution validation.
Proof-of-Concept Execution Design and manage trials that demonstrate service capabilities and business impact. Proposal Development Create tailored proposals based on client needs and trial outcomes. Contract Negotiation Lead negotiations to finalize service agreements aligned with client expectations and company standards. Pipeline Management Monitor funnel performance, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, service delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Skills
& Qualifications: Required Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in IT services or Asset Management. Strong understanding of sales funnel stages and CRM tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate SMEs.
Proven track record in proposal writing and contract negotiation. Preferred Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and platforms like ServiceNow (HAM/SAM). Background in IT Asset Management or service desk operations.

Survol du rôle: Le spécialiste des ventes sera chargé de générer et de gérer l'entonnoir de vente pour les services de gestion d'actifs, en ciblant les clients existants et nouveaux. Ce poste consiste à présenter la proposition de valeur, à coordonner les experts en la matière (SME), à mener des essais de validation de concept et à guider les prospects tout au long du cycle de vente, de l'engagement initial à la négociation du contrat. Ce poste soutient les initiatives de croissance stratégique et l'adoption des services, en accord avec les objectifs opérationnels et la réussite des clients. Ce poste est ouvert aux candidats de tout le Canada ; toutefois, la préférence sera accordée aux candidats résidant dans la région du Grand Toronto (GTA) ou dans d'autres grandes villes canadiennes.
Responsabilités
clés: Engagement client et activation de l'entonnoir Lancer des actions de sensibilisation auprès des clients existants ciblés. Sensibiliser et susciter l'intérêt pour les services de gestion d'actifs grâce à des messages stratégiques. Présentation de la proposition de valeur Présenter les avantages convaincants des services, tels que l'optimisation des coûts, la réduction des risques et l'efficacité opérationnelle. Coordination des experts Collaborer avec les experts internes pour soutenir les discussions techniques et la validation des solutions.
Exécution de la preuve de concept Concevoir et gérer des essais qui démontrent les capacités des services et leur impact commercial. Élaboration de propositions Créer des propositions sur mesure en fonction des besoins des clients et des résultats des essais. Négociation des contrats Mener les négociations afin de finaliser des contrats de service conformes aux attentes des clients et aux normes de l'entreprise. Gestion du pipeline Surveiller les performances de l'entonnoir, identifier les goulots d'étranglement en matière de conversion et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'optimisation.
Collaboration interfonctionnelle Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, de prestation de services et d'exploitation afin de garantir une exécution sans faille et la satisfaction des clients.
Compétences
et qualifications: Exigences Expérience dans la vente B2B ou le développement commercial, idéalement dans les services informatiques ou la gestion d'actifs. Bonne compréhension des étapes du tunnel de vente et des outils CRM. Excellentes compétences en communication, en présentation et en établissement de relations. Capacité à gérer des équipes interfonctionnelles et à coordonner des PME.
Expérience avérée dans la rédaction de propositions et la négociation de contrats. Préféré Connaissance des cadres ITIL et des plateformes telles que ServiceNow (HAM/SAM). Expérience dans la gestion des actifs informatiques ou les opérations de service desk. Expérience dans l'animation d'ateliers ou d'évaluations pour les clients.
