The Cold Deli Department Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the deli section, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service.

This role involves:

- managing staff,
- scheduling,
- inventory control,
- maintaining merchandise presentation.

The manager will implement effective training programs, promote healthy eating options, and develop promotional strategies to drive sales. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential, along with a thorough knowledge of deli products and state health regulations. They will also be able to follow company directives in accordance with provincial and federal guidelines.

Recommended Skills:

- strong organizational and communication abilities,
- customer service,
- proficiency in inventory management,
- knowledge of food safety regulations and handling procedures is critical,
- ability to work under pressure, manage a team effectively, and implement training and development programs for staff,
- strong problem-solving skills and basic financial acumen for budgeting and sales analysis.

Experience Required:

1-2 Years Retail Management Experience

Job Requirements:

- Be physically able to lift up to 50lbs
- Available 40 Hours a week Full-Time. Weekends and Evenings are required as well.
