About the role

- The Digital Project Manager will be the lead for our client initiatives.

- You should have at least 2+ years of solid Digital Project Management experience ideally in the digital marketing industry covering - Web development/design, Email Campaigns, SEO, and Paid Ads.

- You should be as comfortable talking to clients about their overall goals and requirements as you are talking to developers and creative teams about databases and fixed vs. responsive layouts.

- You are detail-oriented, take initiative, and can handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time.

What you'll do

- Gather project requirements and develop project briefs and statements of work

- Provide end-to-end project management

- Develop and present digital strategies to clients

- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end digital solutions

- Comfortable using PM and Support technologies such as Zendesk, Productive.io, Slack, etc

- Work closely with design and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements

- Support sales and account teams through gathering estimates and providing project quotes

- Communicate with the client through kick-off to project close

- Create project plans, monitor and modify project schedules and manage resource plans

- Maintain document control, logs, task assignment lists

- Develop and review project status andreports

- Handle all support related inquires and assign tasks to teams

- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner

- Manage email campaign calendars and processes

- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

- Communicate regularly with remote colleagues

Qualifications

- 2+ years of digital project management experience

- Proven work experience as a Digital project manager

- Agency experience is a plus

- Superb written and verbal communications skills

- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task

- Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS

- Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
