About the Role

As the Head of Global Learning and Development, you will define and execute Tecsys' global learning and development strategy, positioning the L&D function as a center of excellence to address the holistic needs of the organization. This includes company-wide initiatives focused on upskilling, reskilling, and leadership development, as well as delivering comprehensive Tecsys product-related training to drive success across employees, partners, and customers.

You will align learning programs with business priorities and leverage expertise in instructional design to create scalable, high-quality, and impactful solutions. Partnering with senior leaders, you will ensure that all learning initiatives foster a culture of continuous development, innovation, and leadership excellence, while meeting the evolving needs of Tecsys and its stakeholders.

This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, making you a key driver of growth for employees, partners, and customers. Key Responsibilities

Learning & Leadership Development Strategy

- Define and maintain a global learning and leadership development roadmap, aligning training and leadership programs with Tecsys' business objectives.
- Develop and implement leadership development initiatives that support career progression, talent readiness, and succession planning.
- Act as a thought leader, introducing innovative learning methodologies to maximize the impact of training and leadership programs.

Scalable Learning & Development Programs

- Architect high-impact training programs for employees, leaders, partners, and customers, ensuring a structured, scalable approach to learning.
- Establish standardized templates, structures, and methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality learning content across Tecsys.
- Optimize training architecture to minimize maintenance efforts while ensuring relevance, engagement, and impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Leadership

- Partner with senior executives and stakeholders to identify leadership and skill gaps, align learning priorities, and drive business growth.
- Lead change management efforts to build a learning culture, ensuring strong adoption of leadership and training initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between HR, business leaders, and operational teams to embed leadership and learning into Tecsys' DNA.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of learning and leadership programs.
- Continuously assess and refine training initiatives based on data, business needs, and participant feedback.
- Provide insights to leadership on training effectiveness, workforce capabilities, and talent development progress.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Talent Management role.
- Proven track record in designing and scaling leadership development programs at all levels.
- Experience working in software, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
- Strong background in building and delivering product training for employees, partners, and customers.
- Experience leading technical writing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) is an asset.
- Strong understanding of leadership development models, adult learning principles, and instructional design frameworks.
- Proficiency in English and French is required to support our global, bilingual workforce.
