This person will also be responsible for acquiring new clients in accordance with the regional strategy and sector growth plans, as well as ensuring preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support as needed in the territory. The Territory Manager will also need to develop relationships with distributors for assigned accounts in the dishwashing and laundry sectors.**Main Responsibilities:**You will develop sales with existing clientele and acquire new accounts according to regional strategy.You will ensure preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support in the territory.You will develop sales representatives of assigned distributors in the washing/laundry sector.You will manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce and execute the support plan for global and national accounts.You will ensure the territory's financial performance and train key customer teamsYou will launch new products and promotions with assigned accounts.**WHAT YOU'LL BRING:****You must be a resident of the Truro, NS area or surrounding areas**High school diploma or equivalentProficiency in computer tools (email, Microsoft Office)Valid driver's licenseAbility to move objects up to 16 kg and work in confined spacesExperience in technical equipment maintenanceProfessionalism, business acumen, and autonomyExcellent time management, communication, and organizational skillsCustomer service orientation and negotiation skillsAbility to plan, measure, and manage work independentlyEnergy, passion, and ability to influenceFlexibility for evening and weekend hours as needed**Desired Qualifications:**Sales experienceExperience with Salesforce**WHAT WE OFFER:**Medical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time offCompetitive retirement planLearning and development opportunitiesCompany vehicle#LI-DS1#remoteWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
