**Job Summary**:

**Essential Functions**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Professionally present, promote, and sell products and services to customers to achieve agreed upon sales targets for the territory.
- Establish, develop, and maintain professional and positive business and customer relationships.
- Manage business expenses within guidelines of the travel expense policy.
- Analyze the territory, market potential, and use company supplied technology (such as Qlik, KIO, and Asset Panda) for strategic territory planning.
- Develop detailed information regarding market needs and provide product improvement input on an ongoing basis.
- Manage key accounts to ensure that market penetration is occurring for all product segments.
- Know and understand Company product features, clinical benefits, and pricing in comparison to competitive products.
- Must uphold Company values and ethical business conduct, as well as, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Utilizing Asset Panda, manage territory sample fleet by maintaining accurate records that identify and track movement of samples by customer and referral source locations.
- Define the product strategy for selling in each product category to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Understand the various reimbursement platforms and requirements for all products in each product category.
- Collaborate cross functionally with all departments (most closely with marketing and customer service) to implement new products and support existing products.
- Schedule and complete weekly clinical inservices for customers and clinicians detailing product form, fit, and function and clinical benefits compared to competitive products.
- Attend trade shows and assist in the setup of exhibition stands.
- Always act as a leader within the company presenting company core values in a positive and professional manner.
- As requested, provide data analysis and reporting on respective product categories.
- Must be a self-starter capable of organizing a travel call pattern and appointment calendar that maximizes efficiency and fills each workday.
- Work remotely within designated territory routinely servicing all customers locations to include daily and overnight travel.
- Ensure and follow safety, quality, and other company requirements and standards.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly.
- Perform all duties in a manner that follows, demonstrates, and promotes Company’s values.
- Report to work as scheduled, on time, and able to work entire work schedule.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Ability**:

- A high level of interactive communication is required to service our customers and clinicians; must be able to respond quickly and effectively to satisfy customer and clinician inquiries.
- Must have a strong business acumen with an understanding of market potential, profit margins, and contract development and negotiation.
- Ability and determination to attain and/or exceed sales goals.
- Strong presentation skills, ability to listen to customers, and confidence in front of large groups is vital to this position.
- Analytical skills in order to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and handle wheelchairs.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Ability to observe and identify details.
- Ability to work extended hours as scheduled, including weekends.

**Physical Demands**:

- Frequent sitting, wrist manipulation, walking, and standing.
- Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
- Frequent to continuous driving in a vehicle.
- Frequent light work with lifting up to 20 pounds.
- Occasional medium work with lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to lift, handle, load, and unload all products.
- Manual dexterity to type and operate office equipment frequently.
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements to perform essential functions.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Degree in a clinical field (OT, PT, Kinesiology)
- ATP certification is preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

**Experience**:

- Required:

- 3-5 years of experience in the complex rehab industry.
- Experience and proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Preferred:

- Clinical or sales experience or ATP certification is highly preferred.

**Working Environment**:

- Remote position with an expectation to travel daily, as necessary, throughout your territory.
- Depending on the territory size, expectation may include 2-3 nights or more per week of overnight/hotel accommodation travel.
