The Job

As a Contract Administrator, you'll be at the heart of exciting, large-scale projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Here's a sneak peek of what you'll be tackling:

- On-Site Leadership: Take charge of site visits and work closely with construction managers, contractors, sub-contractors, and client representatives to keep projects on track and moving forward.
- Contract Mastery: Oversee change control procedures, manage contracts, and ensure strict adherence to building codes and safety regulations—your role will be essential to maintaining project integrity.
- Project Excellence: Play a critical role in delivering landmark projects, including public spaces, community developments, and institutional landmarks that will leave a lasting impact.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside architects and production teams to manage change orders, RFIs, and other critical documentation, ensuring the seamless execution of design concepts.
- Meticulous Documentation: Take charge of project reporting, ensuring every change, update, and milestone is accurately documented and communicated to the project team.

What You'll need to succeed:

- Education: A Diploma/Certification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in architecture, with a minimum of 2 years in contract administration, project coordination, or site work. Open to junior candidates with some experience who are eager to grow Seasoned CA's are welcome to apply, all levels of experience will be considered.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Revit and Microsoft Office Suite is a must. You'll also need to be comfortable reviewing and marking up shop drawings.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with architects, project teams, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication: Stellar presentation, negotiation, and communication skills—because you'll be working directly with clients and other key players.
- Added Bonus: A background in architectural technology or a related technical field would be a fantastic asset.
