WSP is currently seeking a skilled Intermediate or Senior Contract Administrator to support our Infrastructure Group out of our Edmonton office.

This role will coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results. The Contract Administrator will help plan, organize, and administer projects to meet WSP design drawings/specifications and municipality standards.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to use their construction experience and knowledge to provide valuable input towards upcoming and active construction projects and post-construction activities such as project as-built documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Contract Administration aspects of projects through the construction phase of subdivisions.
  • Prepare and Review Contract Documents.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and verify that project deliverables and quality standards are achieved.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status, site issues, project quality assurance, and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree or Technology/Technical Diploma from an accredited institution.
  • 7+ years in Contract Administration and Project Coordination experience.
  • Registered with ASET or APEGA, as a C.E.T. or P.Tech or P.Eng.
