• Coordinate and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Verify product details, pricing, and vendor information before submitting orders.

• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm delivery timelines and resolve any discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.

• Assist in sourcing materials and supplies required for various projects.

• Utilize JD Edwards and other ERP systems to manage purchasing workflows.

• Support the Purchasing Manager by relieving them of routine tasks and administrative duties.

• Communicate with project managers and subcontractors to address procurement needs.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of essential items.

• Provide regular updates on purchasing activities and report any challenges or delays.
