Purchasing Logistics Coordinator

**About the Role**:

- Prepare, review and update purchase orders, source price quotations, confirm order quantity, pricing, and availability
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule for review and approval by the Quality Control and Production Manager and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project schedule is not impacted
- Communicate and determine scheduling with suppliers for pricing, order fulfilment and delivery
- Schedule, coordinate and monitor trucking for shipment of products and systems to job sites

**Who We're Looking For**:

- High school dipolma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Proficient with vendor, purchase order systems and Microsoft office
