We are seeking an analytical and strategic Pricing Manager to lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across our retail programs and service offerings. This role will play a key part in driving revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness through data-driven pricing decisions and insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability, market share, and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and evaluate sales, customer, and financial data to assess pricing effectiveness.
- Manage pricing tools, models, and software to ensure accuracy, usability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with merchandising and data analytics teams to align pricing models with business goals and operational needs.
- Communicate pricing insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure all pricing practices comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, or related analytical roles.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with pricing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Business, or a quantitative field.
