Keep reading to learn moreAs the Manager, Pricing you’ll join Loblaw’s Pricing Team, a group of analytical and results-driven professionals responsible for delivering competitive, accurate, and strategic pricing across our retail division. Reporting to the Director of Pricing, you’ll collaborate with partners across merchandising, category, and store operations to ensure decisions and processes reflect consistency, compliance, and integrity.What You’ll DoSupport Stores & Partners: Quickly resolve pricing or promotional issues impacting stores, customers, and cross-functional partners.Execute Pricing Strategy: Maintain pricing accuracy, compliance, and guardrails across all retail channels.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work weekly with category and merchandising teams to review, approve, and implement pricing changes.Manage Reporting & KPIs: Own group-level pricing and promotion reports and dashboards—running regular checks and balances, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely updates with actionable insights.Lead Deep-Dive Analysis: Perform ad-hoc investigations into pricing and promotional performance to identify root causes, trends, and improvement opportunities.Ensure Governance & Data Integrity: Uphold audit standards and data governance to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.Drive Process Improvements: Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at streamlining pricing and promotional operations.What You BringRetail Acumen: Solid understanding of retail operations, category management, and competitive pricing dynamics.Analytical Strength: Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, comfortable interpreting large datasets to drive decisions.Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, SQL, Teradata, Python, SAS, or Power BI is an asset.Organized & Agile: Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Collaborative Mindset: Strong relationship-building skills to influence and partner with cross-functional teams.Continuous Improvement Focus: Curious, proactive, and driven to refine processes and deliver measurable business value.What Loblaw Offers YouWe offer flexibility and balance and an environment that sets you up for success regardless of where your workspace is located.Here, you will find a great team to help you achieve your goals as you help us achieve ours Work in our fast-paced, exciting Technology environment, helping our stores, colleagues, and customers every day.Loblaw colleagues also enjoy:Work Perks ProgramOn-site GoodLife Fitness, Basketball & Volleyball courts, Ice Rink, Groceries delivered to work via PC Express, Dry-Cleaning services (1PCC Office)Tuition Reimbursement & Online LearningPension & BenefitsPaid VacationIf you’re up to the challenge, then we would love to hear from you.
