Associate Merchant, Liquor - 12-month contract

Bilingual - French & English

What You'll Do:
Assortment/ Promo Execution
- Execute and complete new item set-up process
- Implement and complete item discontinuation process
- Prepare and share the AAMT tool for the plan-o-gram process
- Train on and back up for Promo Proofing and Keying in JDA with Merchants

Pricing and Inventory Management
- Implement cost and retail price changes in templates/systems
- Resolve notification and error log issues
- Work with Supply Chain for distribution of replacement products
- Maintain DSD schedules

Billings
- Prepare and distribute Manual Billings for vendors
- Track O&A and Analyze periodically. Follow up with vendors on auto and manual O&A
- Review vendor audits as necessary
- Prepare SAQ back up for billing purposes

Reporting, Analysis, and Communication
- Run pre-existing reports
- Create ad hoc reports and provide analysis upon request
- Review prior week's performance
- Maintain the PCX website (Images/Descriptions)
- Communicate with the stores as needed

What You'll Need:

- Post secondary education or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to contribute to category plans in-line with corporate strategies
- Ability to gather and synthesize customer and market insight
- Good communication skills in both English & French
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficient with MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- Proficiency in English and French is required.
