The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and remains calm under pressure. They must be a strong team player, an excellent communicator, and highly organized.This person should be resourceful and quick to learn, enabling them to resolve challenges efficiently. Recognized for their reliability, punctuality, and accountability, they consistently deliver high-quality work. A positive attitude, adaptability, and contagious energy are essential to foster a collaborative and productive workplace.Your RoleAs a Distribution Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting store and dealer operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient distribution of products. Your responsibilities include:Order Optimization & Truck Fill Support Proactively call stores to identify additional product needs and help fill partially empty trucks before departure from the Distribution Center (DC). Inventory & Product SupportRespond to inquiries from stores and dealers regarding stock levels, product specifications, and availability. Provide pricing information for non-commodity items upon request.Assortment & Pack Size CoordinationField calls from dealers regarding assortment suggestions and pack size requests, and relay feedback to relevant teams.Cross-Dock Order ManagementSupport coordination of cross-dock orders and communicate real-time updates to dealers about items/orders currently at the DC.Delivery ETA CommunicationAnswer calls from stores and dealers regarding order delivery ETAs.
