We are seeking a motivated Enterprise Account Manager based in Calgary, AB, to drive business growth in Alberta's thriving energy and corporate sectors. This role focuses on managing enterprise-level accounts, with an emphasis on fostering relationships in Calgary's unique market. The successful candidate will excel in identifying new opportunities while nurturing long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients in Calgary, delivering recruitment solutions that meet their hiring needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold outreach, industry networking, and understanding Calgary's energy and corporate landscape.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to source top talent for roles aligned with Alberta's market trends.
- Provide clients with tailored advice on recruitment strategies and insights into Calgary's hiring environment.
- Drive account growth while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention within the Calgary region.
- Responsible for daily Tracking and reporting metrics in key account, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and market penetration.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales, with knowledge of Calgary's business market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish credibility with clients in Calgary's competitive industries.
- Persistence and a long-term relationship-focused approach to cultivating partnerships in Alberta.
- Familiarity with Calgary's sales trends, particularly in the energy or corporate sectors, is a strong asset.
