The ideal candidate will have strong experience in strategic communications, campaign management, and multi-channel content development. This role is key to enhancing brand visibility, employee engagement, and consistent messaging across internal and external audiences. Main Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Advisory: - Support the execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals. - Advise senior leadership on brand positioning, media engagement, and stakeholder communications. - Act as the point of contact for all communication and marketing needs within the CIMIC Group. Content Development & Management: Create compelling content for digital, print, and social media platforms. Oversee production of marketing collateral, newsletters, and corporate publications. Campaign & Project Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Digital Marketing & Analytics: Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to inform future strategies. Brand Governance: Ensure brand consistency across all Sedgman and CIMIC Group communication channels. Maintain brand guidelines and templates. Manage Sedgman’s media library (video, photography) and website/intranet pages. What are we looking for in our future team member? Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, preferably in professional services. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning, time management, and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of graphic design, photography, videography, and SEO. Experience in the resources sector, ideally mining or engineering. Salary Range / Echelle salariale : $122,000 - $164,000 What’s in it for you?
